Ask the Psychologist

Parents, have you ever had a question about your teen and wished you had an expert on speed dial?
Most parents of teenagers have. How should I approach my teen and social media use? What should I know about teen depression? What are signs that my child is being bullied? How should I go about guiding my student through friendships? The list goes on.

C3 Trinity Youth wants to provide an opportunity for parents here at C3 Trinity Dallas and your friends to ask these questions.

Introducing… Ask The Psychologist!

On Wednesday, April 11th our very own C3TY Leader and Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Nicholas Westers will be answering questions just like these. Dr. Westers is a clinical psychologist at Children’s Medical Center Dallas and an associate professor at UT Southwestern. He specializes in teenage depression, suicide, and non-suicidal self-injury. He has known the Lord for the majority of his life and has been a leader with our youth for about 4 years. He and his wife, Yvette Westers, are both members here at C3 Trinity Dallas.

This event will allow parents, guardians, and mentors of teens and pre-teens to submit questions for Dr. Westers to answer and discuss. Please fill out the link below to register.
