Highlights
Bloom is all about sharing with our little ones the life changing truth that Jesus is alive and He wants to be their friend forever. We are planting seeds that we pray will grow and bloom into a faith that is alive in Jesus. We want to show your kids that there is no greater love than that of Jesus. He is overflowing with new life, just like a blooming garden.
Our Bible stories this month come from the book of Matthew. We are learning about Jesus’ last days of walking on the earth starting with Palm Sunday. Then, the Easter story is focused on the truth that Jesus is alive! Last, we talk about the Great Commission, where Jesus commands all of us to tell others about the Good News that Jesus wants to be our friend forever!
Teaching Truth:
Jesus is alive and he wants to be our friend forever.
Say This:
Ask: “Who is alive?” Jesus is alive!
Do This:
Each time you see a flower bloom, tell your child it is a sweet reminder that Jesus is alive.

Highlights
This month is all about humility, putting others first by giving up what you think you deserve. Our focus should be on others. When we give up what we deserve, putting others first just comes naturally. That’s what Jesus did.
Our Bible stories this month come from the book of Matthew. Jesus prays in the garden of Gethsemane, asking God our Father, if it is possible, to take this cup of suffering away from him, but then Jesus said, “Let what You want be done, not what I want.” Jesus humbled himself to God. We also learn the story of Easter, how Jesus died on the cross for our sins and how he was raised from the dead so that we could live with him forever!
Teaching Truth
Humility: Putting others first by giving up what you think you deserve. Ask God to help you put others first, just as Jesus did.

Grab some friends and play a game of follow the leader. Make sure you are never the leader, always the follower!
