Campus Pastor Structure & Process
We are One Church.
One Community of Believers in multiple locations, unified, honoring God on 3 different campuses.
- Uptown Campus
- Highland Park Campus
- Digital Campus
Jesus said, “I will build My church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” Matthew 16:18
We are a Multi-Racial, Multi-Generational Church
Reflecting Heaven on Earth
What we are doing is a part of a PROCESS to make a great hand-off to the next generation.
Founder’s Role
We are in a season of Transition.
As founding pastors, Pastor Joe and Nancy will continue to oversee the Vision & Ministry of Trinity Church. Pastor Joe will lead the Board of Directors and the Executive Team as the chief visionary. We will form a team of communicators who will teach, preach and communicate at each one of our venues and service times. Pastor Joe will also relate to our larger Apostolic Family, C3 Global.
Campus Pastor’s Role
Both candidates meet the New Testament qualifications for an elder and have demonstrated a mastery of the scriptures and all the foundational elements of Church Life.
Matthew & Jane Rowland have faithfully served the Lord in every aspect of their participation at Trinity Church and are now entering their 21st year of service, March 1, 2001.
Derrick & RussellAnn Wilson have walked faithfully with God for 3 decades. We have been friends for more than 2 decades. They have served continuously in ministry for 30 years, and they served on our staff from 2001-2004.
Over the last year, we have met and prayed together on many occasions asking God to confirm these men and women in leadership. We have no reservation on their calling, their competence or character.
Both campus pastors will be accountable to the Executive Team and will be responsible to build and train a ministry team to organize, lead and care for their respective campuses.
